Shipping & Handling

All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and our default handling time is 1~2 business days.

After you've placed an order online, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number.

A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Order placed on Friday after 5 pm PST, Saturdays or Sundays will be sent to our warehouse the following business day.
